Please complete the below form. This will help us be better prepared at pageant registration.  Remember, any optional can be added or dropped at pageant registration.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask!!!!

For ALL delegates ages 3 years and older, ONLY!!!

Remember, to be eligible to win Young Miss or Senior Miss highpoint title, you MUST enter a minimum of 2 optional events. To be eligible to win Outstanding Miss highpoint title, you MUST enter a minimum of 3 optional events. You may choose to enter as many optional events as you like, if you enter more than the minimum required number of optional events, then your highest optional scores will count towards highpoint titles.

Delegates Mandatory Registration Fee includes their t-shirt. For Mini Miss - Classic Ms, this t-shirt will be worn for the On-stage Introductions, Group Photo, the Optional Awards Show on Saturday evening and the Ice Cream Sundae Dance Party Saturday night. Please select the delegate's color of her t-shirt.

All delegates under 18 years of age, must have at least 1 chaperone in attendance. Please select which parent party pass you need and how many of each pass you need, but anyone in attendance with the delegate must have a party pass.
