Mandatory Events

ON-STAGE INTRODUCTIONS

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

Each delegate will give a maximum 45 second, on-stage introduction.  Intro should include name, age, and where you live, hobbies, interesting facts, community service, platform and/or career/life goals. Intros should increase in ability, as the delegate ages. Attire will be a Tiny Miss of America t-shirt, issued at the pageant, white bottoms (shorts, pants, or skirt), white socks and plain white tennis shoes

Scored 1-10 points per judge with a maximum perfect score of 30

Any delegate not wearing the mandatory attire, will receive an automatic 10 point deduction.

EVENING GOWN

Wee Baby Miss – Classic Ms.

All delegates will model a gown of their choice on stage that makes them feel beautiful and special.  Wee Baby and Baby Miss will wear a short dress.  Mini Miss - Petite Miss may model a short or long gown and Preteen Miss and up will model a long gown.  Preteen Miss cannot be strapless or have a split and Junior Miss may have a split in the gown, but must be no higher than 2 inches above the knee. Gowns should be age appropriate and flattering to the contestant.

FUN FASHION RUNWAY

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

Work the runway and let your personality shine!  Show the judges how you strut your stuff!  No pro-am style modeling.  No bare midriff in Mini Miss - Petite Miss, for Preteen Miss and up, if midriff shows, it must be tasteful.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

All delegates will compete in a personal, private, panel style Interview.   Mini Miss will have a 2-minute interview with easy, age appropriate questions.  Tiny Miss – Classic Ms will have a 4-minute panel style interview, based on a one-page resume style typed fact sheet (Please note, questions will come from resume, unless there is not enough content for the duration of the interview, in which case, other age appropriate, non-political or religious questions may be asked)Mini Miss delegates may have one person in the interview room with them, delegates, ONLY, allowed in the interview room in all other age divisions.  Attire is age appropriate, fashion forward dress, pants or anything in between, no bare midriff in any age division.

ANGELS OF LOVE COMMUNITY SERVICE

This year's Tiny Miss of America National Community Service will be school supplies.  ALL delegates are REQUIRED to bring a minimum of 10 items from the list below, to be donated to children's hospitals, elementary schools, homeless shelters, or other location where school supplies are needed. Angels of Love was founded by Miss Gabby, to help families in need. We will award one Angels of Love Award to the delegate who brings in the most items over 50 items.

TINY MISS OF AMERICA NATIONAL PLATFORM

Breast Cancer is currently the most diagnosed form of cancer, surpassing lung cancer, at 11.7%.  The Susan G. Komen Foundation provides insurance and financial assistance, treatment assistance, research, clinical trials and other tools and resources to Breast Cancer patients.  My mother, whom many of you all know as Momma Pat, is a Breast Cancer survivor.  In honor of Momma Pat, ALL delegates are REQUIRED to bring a gift basket or gift bag, ect to put into the Annual Tiny Miss of America Breast Cancer Raffle.  A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

PHOTOGENIC

Wee Baby – Classic Ms.

Photos will be submitted at registration and should be no larger than 8.5x11.  Photos should be age appropriate with natural or light retouching and may be black/white or color.  No glitz photos.  You may submit up to 6 total photos, each judge will select their one favorite photo per contestant and score that one photo.  This allows for a higher cumulative photo score.

Scored 1-100 points per judge with a maximum perfect score of 300

Limit 6 Entries, Fee:  $40 for 1st Photo, $20 each additional Photo

SPOKESMODEL

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

1 minute time limit.  Mini Miss – Petite Miss may recite a poem or bible verse, give a speech on “What I want to Be When I Grow Up”, or give a speech about community service and/or platform.  Preteen Miss – Classic Ms will give a speech on their community service and/or platform.  Attire does not have to be interview attire, but can be or other similar attire. Like public speaking and want to do a second spokesmodel speech? GREAT! Only the highest scored spokesmodel speech goes toward Highpoint titles.

SWIM WEAR

Wee Baby Miss – Classic Ms.

Wee Baby Miss – Petite Miss must wear a one-piece and bare feet, Preteen Miss may wear a one-piece or a very modest two-piece, Junior Miss and up may wear a one or a two-piece, but swimsuit MUST be tasteful and age appropriate.  NO string bikinis!! Preteen Miss and up wear taupe shoes in age appropriate heel height. Can't decide which swimsuit? Ok, enter BOTH! Only the highest scored swimwear goes toward Highpoint titles.

CASUAL WEAR

Wee Baby Miss – Classic Ms.

Have fun and model your cute, stylish, trendy, casual outfit that shows off your  personality and modeling ability. Want to model 2 casual wear attires? Do it! Only the highest scored casual wear goes toward Highpoint titles.

ROCK THE RUNWAY

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

Attire MUST be blue jeans of your choice and a solid, plain black t-shirt, tank top or body suit/leotard with taupe shoes.  DO NOT EMBELLISH TOP!!  Hair style MUST be in a pony tail (if hair is too short for a pony tail, it must be pulled back off the face). Keep accessories (belts, hairbows and jewelry) to a bare minimum and they must be either black, gold or silver, no other colors. Runway style modeling! No bare midriff in any age division for this event.  Have fun and work the runway New York style!

Scored 1-100 points per judge with a maximum perfect score of 300

Limit 1 Entry, Fee:  $40

An automatic 10 deduction for wearing any other attire, or accessories in any color other than black, gold or silver.

TALENT

Mini Miss – Classic Ms.

Be creative and show us what you got!  2 minute time limit.  Absolutely no use of weapons, fire, or blowing or scattering glitter/paper/bubbles on the stage.  Talents WILL be timed and points will be deducted if the time limit is exceeded beyond 5 seconds.  Want to perform 2 talents?  Go for it!  ONLY the highest scored talent goes toward Highpoint titles.

COVER MISS PHOTO CONTEST

Our National program book is a beautiful keepsake for years to come!  And what better surprise, then YOUR photo gracing the back cover of the program book?  Enter our Cover Miss Photo Contest!  This contest does not count as an optional event and is a stand alone photo contest!  Accepting ONLY headshot photos!!  Deadline to enter the Cover Miss photo contest is April 30, 2024.  How do I enter?  Email your photo(s) in JPG format to info@tinymissofamerica.com and then PayPal your entry fee.  Entry Fee:  1 Photo is $40, additional photos are $20 each or enter up to 6 photos for $100.  Cover Miss Photo Contest Winner will not be announced until program books are released at Tiny Miss of America 2024 National pageant!  Winner will receive a custom trophy, photo on the back cover of the National program book, PLUS $100 CASH!!!

CENTERFOLD MISS PHOTO CONTEST

Want to see YOUR photo as the Centerfold of the National program book?  Enter our Centerfold Miss Photo Contest!  This contest does not count as an optional event and is a stand alone photo contest!  Accepting ONLY print model photos!!  Deadline to enter the Centerfold Miss photo contest is April 30, 2024.  How do I enter?  Email your photo(s) in JPG format to info@tinymissofamerica.com and then PayPal your entry fee.  Entry Fee:  1 Photo is $40, additional photos are $20 each or enter up to 6 photos for $100.  Centerfold Miss Photo Contest Winner will not be announced until program books are released at Tiny Miss of America 2024 National pageant!  Winner will receive a custom trophy, photo in the centerfold of the National program book, PLUS $100 CASH!!!
