Payment Plan Agreement

If you would like to enroll in a Payment Plan Agreement with Tiny Miss of America, please read over the instructions and complete the form. Once the form is submitted, the National Office will reach out to you.

Payment Plan Instructions:

  • Plan will be effective on the date the initial payment is made. Initial payment is due when  agreement is signed.

  • No new plans started after June 1, 2025

  • Final date for electronic payments is June 15, 2025

  • Payments will be invoiced via PayPal only, if you wish to make your payment via Venmo or Cash App, let us know, the invoice will still be sent via PayPal.

  • Invoices are to be paid within 5 days, or an additional $15 late fee will be applied.

  • Invoices not paid within 10 days, will be cancelled, however all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. National Office will contact you directly.

  • Select Option #1 - Monthly, due on the 1st of each month

  • Select Option #2 - Twice Monthly, due on the 1st and 15th of each month

  • Plans may run as many months as needed, with final payment being sent on/or before June 15, 2025

  • All unpaid balances after June 15, 2025, will be paid in cash at pageant registration

I agree that I am entering into a Payment Plan Agreement with Tiny Miss of America Pageants, on this date, for entry into the Tiny Miss of America pageant. 

  • I understand that my Payment Plan does not go into effect until I have made my initial payment.

  • I understand no new payment plans can be started after June 1, 2025

  • I understand the final electronic payment must be made on/or before June 15, 2025

  • I understand payments will be invoiced via PayPal only, but that I may choose to pay my payment via Venmo or Cash App

  • I understand invoices are to be paid within 5 days of receipt and if not, I will be charged a $15 late fee. Additionally, I understand if my invoice is not paid within 10 days, my payment plan will be cancelled and I will be contacted by the National Office. I also understand all money paid in is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  •  I understand I may select my payment plan as either Option #1 - Monthly, due on the 1st of every month or Option #2 - Twice Monthly, due on the 1st and 15th of every month.

  • I understand my payment plan may run as many months as needed, not to exceed June 15, 2025.

  • I understand any unpaid balances is due at pageant registration in cash.
