Want to join the Tiny Miss of America family, but don't have a state pageant near you?  NO PROBLEM! We offer Appointed Titles! Each Appointed Title is $225 and includes a state embroidered sash, state crown and PAYS YOUR DEPOSIT FOR Tiny Miss of America National pageant!

In order to claim your state title, please submit the form below and pay the $225 Appointed Title Fee. The National office will then reach out to confirm the state title requested. It's that easy!!!

Complete Form to Register for YOUR Appointed Tiny Miss title!

Once this form is submitted, the cart will open for the State Appointed Title Fee to be paid. Once the fee is paid, the crown and sash will be ordered. Once the National office receives the crown and sash, they will be shipped directly to the newly appointed title holder. Please allow 3-6 weeks to receive the new crown and sash.
